absolutely we really appreciate your work uh overall all right so thank you natasha so we're going to move on now to our third and final guest this morning and that is we're going to go back to talking about a state legislative race here in hillsborough county uh and that's the florida house district 69 seat which is currently held by republican danny alvarez who uh will be on the show next week so we look forward to having danny on here to talk about uh his candidacy here for re-election but he's being challenged this year by democrat ashley herman good morning ashley

Happy to be here.

So I'm not swooping in.

My house that I was living in is just 10 minutes north.

But yeah, I saw that Danny Alvarez was set to go uncontested.

And so that didn't sit right with me.

So a lot to get into today, including in just a little while from now.

scheduled to join us, Danny Alvarez, Florida State Representative, District 69.

A couple of things we want to talk about, including his visit to the Panhandle to support hurricane recovery.

We're going to get to what he saw there in the Panhandle, and also a little detail on Amendment 2.

All right, what else do we have going on here? All right, is he there? Is he ready to go? I guess he is.

He's been waiting patiently because I don't stop talking.

Danny Alvarez is joining us here on Florida's Voice, Florida State Representative District 69, who I had a chance to see yesterday for a few minutes and so glad to see him again today.

And that's where, that's where you saw, you know, Joe Rogan being able to swing elections potentially, um, that kind of stuff, because that's where people are getting their news.

That's where they're getting, that's where they're absorbing their information from, uh, these political candidates and, and you've had political candidates on, uh, whether it's positive for them or not, and whether antihero had any kind of, uh, uh, you know, pull in their, in their campaign for, against I've had, uh, politicians on my shows, you know, uh, current sitting politician, Danny Alvarez and out of Tampa.
