1:39

Rosie AlvinHOST
Um, and I'd love to start by just hearing about your journey, and both personally and professionally.
D
1:53I was diagnosed with dyslexia back in the early noughties, [laughs] um, where, um, it was about two thousand and two, um, in my final year of university.
D
2:06I actually-- my mom thought that I had potentially dyslexia and written communication challenges when I was in primary school, but the school said, no, I hadn't, because back then, if you were left-handed, that was a whole thing.
D
2:19And if you, um, were able to comprehend, again, you've got strength, so why would you be dyslexic? Um, but my mom noticed it.
D
2:29They said that I wasn't dyslexic and that I wouldn't get to university.
