And the C2B had this awesome program called the West Program Welding Employment Skills Training, and it was government funded here in Canada.

And it was a 13 week crash course for anybody, any adults that looking for a second career to kind of get them into welding that we had, you know, aircraft maintenance we had carpentry we had a whole bunch of other types of careers that people were laid off from their jobs and trying to get them into welding and so I got to be an assistant instructor with that program my first ever experience of like teaching adults I was a newish mom at the time I had like a toddler at home and used to just talking to my my toddler and now I'm trying to teach welding to adults and um There was a specific girl in one of the classes I loved.
