Two runs for Surrey to win, one wicket for Yorkshire to win.

Now, Dan Worrall isn't known for his batting, and doesn't even have his own bat.

[laughs]

But 11 nail-biting balls later, he pushed the ball through the infield for four, and Surrey won by one wicket to the, to the joy of most of the crowd.

He's gone old school.

Chasing 185, Dan Worrall, who borrows his teammates bats-

As a game to work on, I will genuinely remember Dan Worrall's four-

... and the noise that came from the Oval.

In the context of a game where 186 was the highest score made, uh, it was, it was a huge knock really, and he, he came off the back of taking 6 for 25, um, to essentially keep Surrey in the game after they'd, they'd collapsed to 83 all out themselves.

Just on the Fisher thing very briefly, um, it's a shame really that when you get a game like that that looks a bit like a crap shoot that really good performances get buried in all the talk about conditions, and pitches and, and absent j- ground- groundsmen and all the rest of it when...

Dan Worrall summed it up.

He said, "That's one of the best sustained spells of s- of quick bowling I've ever seen." Um, and he's not, he's not gonna be bothered about hyperbole, Dan Worrall, at this stage in his career.

Dan Worrall's been injured, a year older.

Laws, who I'm really, really impressed with when he plays, but he hasn't played a great deal.

I think Batts is staying quiet because [laughs] knowing him as I do, he's a fiery Yorkshireman who probably once he does start, he might not stop, and I would imagine that will be what's happening in, in-house.

Hasn't been like that this season.

Dan Worrall's obviously been injured.

I think Sean Abbott would put his hands up as the overseas at the first half of the season and say he didn't really hit his straps at all.

I th- I think what we've seen in the last game is they do have a spinner now in Rahul Chahar, who picked up six wickets against Essex.

But again, the tail wagged, adding 48 for the last two wickets.

Dan Worrall and Matt F- Fisher took four each.

Surrey needed 329 to win.

They never looked like getting close.

Where can we get, uh, how can we put a team together, um, week by week throughout the season? And, and that maybe has b- has come more and more difficult.

There are some players who are getting older.

Um, Dan Worrall is one, Jordan Clark is another.

I'm not knocking those players, they've been fantastic for us.

Um, and then even the game this season at Trent Bridge.

I, I interviewed Dan Worrall a couple of days ago, and I was-- we were speaking about this rivalry, and he said, actually, the game he played there earlier this season at Trent Bridge was, was as high a standard of first class game that he's ever been involved in.

I think there was something like eighteen international players on show across the two teams.

And it won't be that dissimilar this time, albeit there'll be no-- obviously, no Ben Duckett, no Gus Atkinson, no Jamie Smith, no Ollie Pope, which is a bit of a curveball for Surrey.
