So Pat Moynihan, the senator from New York, who was then the chairman of the Finance Committee because the Democrats were in the majority and I was the senior Republican, Pat says, let's go down and talk to the president about health care.

So we go down.

We have seen systematically across the country the radical socialist takeover of the once great Democratic Party.

the once great Democrat Party of John F. Kennedy and Harry Truman and Daniel Patrick Moynihan and Ed Koch, that Democrat Party no longer exists.

It's now been taken over by a radical clique of Islamic Marxists who want to do away with the U.S. Senate, want to do away with the with the Supreme Court, who want to defund the police, who want to close the jails.
