Absolutely.

Well, at the beginning for us it was permanent.

So one of the things that I've implemented at Zenda and that we can call it the Mexican part, I mean mining, was taking five pillars of success that need managing in a way that is nuanced when compared to other countries in Mexico and that you need to get absolutely right.

And they are community, environment, security, technical and permitting.

So in communities, It's not just about winning passive social license.

It's about generating active community sponsorship.
