And so I went into a master's program at Catholic U.

He asked me, he said, why don't you do your master's program? I said, I don't have the pre-reqs.

He's like, don't worry, we'll figure it out.

And so I got into the master's program there and then got my master's at Catholic U and then went on to Berkeley to get my PhD in molecular and cell biology, both at Catholic and at Berkeley.
