Daniel J. Evans

This is the most intense frame here.

Covert, you know who that guy is standing behind, Daniel J. Evans, right? That's...

No.

Come on, buddy.

Ted Bundy.

Ted Bundy.

So, interestingly enough, Ted Bundy is now on stage at a political rally to re-elect Daniel J. Evans.

Give me another, just two seconds forward in the video, please, if you can here, because someone else, and freeze.

Chris, I particularly appreciate that question coming from you, my friend, because the tradition of the Republican Party in your state of Washington and mine in Massachusetts does have a lot of similarities.

I first became a Republican as a young man back in the early 1970s because our then Republican governor, Frank Sargent, was not just a responsible fiscal steward and thoughtful leader of the Commonwealth, but cared deeply about environmental issues, just like Dan Evans, your governor from the same era.

I never understood how conservatism could fail to care about conserving what is either God's greatest legacy or a fragile ecosystem.

And so I do think that tradition is a real and vibrant one.
