Do you think there's something that needs to be there as a flagship almost attraction, as it were?

So I'd, I wouldn't say a flagship attraction, because I don't think anywhere on the island has a flagship attraction other than maybe Laxey with the Laxey Wheel.

But what I do think is Peel and the west in general, we need to make more of our summer.

We need to make more of the events that go on in Peel, but to do that, back onto Colleen's point as well, we need the infrastructure back in place.

Now, there's a hotel being proposed on Peel Promenade, I'm sure a lot of you have seen, yet the parking and various other aspects like this is still an issue that we need to sort out.

And if we want to bring people into the west for these events, then we need to sort out these key issues of infrastructure, as I've said.

Now, bringing people to the west, as I said, no, we don't need some flagship massive sort of one big scheme in Peel that makes everyone want to come here.
