Daniel Bernhardt got mad at me for saying his name wrong for saying Stahelski instead of Stahelski.

Stahelski.

Stahelski.

The ravishing and talented Teyonah Parris plays a very capable aspiring world traveler, and Jessica Biel handles the main emotional center of the film while also getting plenty of physical material to do.

And Daniel Bernhardt is here, and he is always one of my favorite henchmen.

For a movie about tiny cars, it has a surprisingly stacked cast, reminiscent of films like The A-Team or The Lost City.

If you like hand-to-hand combat, but need it to be approachable to a younger crowd, this is a pretty safe action film.

After a lengthy hiatus, Deathstalker returned to the big screen in 2025 with a brand new take on the classic franchise from writer-director Steven Kostanski, who also directed The Void.

It stars Daniel Bernhardt, uh, who was in John Wick, Cristina O- Oyaro, Paul Lazenby, who was in Deadpool, and Patton Oswalt, who was in Magnolia.

A powerful swordsman known as Deathstalker recovers a cursed amulet from a corpse-strewn battlefield.

Marked by dark magic and haunted by monstrous assassins, he must face the rising evil and break the curse.

Special features and technical specs include disc five, which is the 4K UHD 2160P ultra high definition presentation on 4K UHD, Dolby Vision.

Uh, an audio commentary by writer-director Steven Kostanski and actor Daniel Bernhardt.

We have an- another audio commentary by writer-director Steven Kostanski and the director of photography Andrew Appell, and editor Robert Highland.

We have the trailer.

It's like he's the one that gets stuck have like he's the one that gets burdened with the task of saving this universe because the other guys that the traditional goody two-shoes guys just aren't good enough for it and i think that that's a theme that carries through a lot of the fantasy genre and it's something i really enjoy

and throughout the death stalker series we do have a few different death stalkers can you talk about the casting of daniel bernhardt in this one and of course He kind of started out, I know, in Bloodsport and a whole bunch of action movies.

So, yeah, because it's a big role to fill.

It's like a famous role.

when Daniel like

became like solidified into the role, I feel like the whole thing came together around that because I could just see it in my head.

I was like in love with the idea of pitting Daniel Bernhardt against a bunch of Steve Kostanski rubber monsters.

That's the movie I want to watch.
