Danicopan

Elise, I'm curious to know, you know, once patients do get access to medications, for instance, eculizumab or Solaris or ravulizumab or, or Ultomiris or danicopan, can you kind of talk through us what side effects you were feeling when you were started on these treatments or any side effects that you're still getting every time you get an infusion or you take one of these pills? Of course, we as physicians counsel our patients on what we read in the literature, but you've lived this, so we'd love to sort of hear what your experiences have been with these medications.

There's another woman in the Facebook support group that started d- the danicopan trial at the same time I did, and she's moved on, I think, to ampiveli.

Danicopan did not work for her.

Who knows why.

For me, it worked.
