And then back to F45 I went and that was all good and then I moved.

So I was at F45 down towards Dandenong and then I moved to Heidelberg and that's when I started F45 with Stella at the Heidelberg F45.

And then it wasn't long after that, it must have been about not even a year after that, she changed to the yard.

And I was a bit like, oh, I don't know about this.

My friends had a waterbed, but they eventually drifted apart.

It's a compilation of a few different areas.

It's Footscray, Newport, Williamstown, the Holden factory in Dandenong is one of them, and some of the houses are in Doncaster and Baldwin and Kensington.

So it's more or less all roughly in the west but there's a couple of outliers as well and they've sort of mashed all these areas together.

But I think that they did say and they sounded very proud of the fact that it was mostly shot in spots where quite a lot of it was actually shot there.

And what's your memories of BBs? Are you going back to Deer Park from Dandenong? Your memories of BBs? Did you meet anybody there that you might still be with? I mean, that was the way you met people back then, I think, wasn't it?

Yeah.

Yeah, I met a lot of people.

And then he knew that I was leaving, and then I moved in 2018, '19, so I was 18.

Did you move to live in Dandenong?

No. Oh, and I will never go out there again.

I had the misfortune during the week of having to spend a night in the Dandenong emergency department.

I was in awe of the way those wonderful nurses conducted themselves and put up with the carp that they had to put up with in such a professional, calm manner with a smile on their face.

It was just amazing.

So we make all our products in our own pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Melbourne, in Brayside for those people who are in Melbourne and know where we are.

We have another site in Dandenong and that's our global distribution centre where we send our products across the world.

Half of what we produce is for export across the world out of 20 countries.

So last year we sold 29 million packs, we made 5 million samples, and the last 10 years we've spent $156 million increasing our production capacity and our site in Melbourne for the people of the world.
