I think it was your colleague, Dana Gentry, found the metadata that it was drafted initially by Jeremy Aguero.

Who knows how much of that draft made it into the final, but certainly it's almost funny because it reminds me that some of the language to the water

and power element, this sort of like community benefits agreement that gets tacked on to every public giveaway of money to stadiums.

And I think she shared it on an earlier episode.

I guess Dana Gentry, she and her husband are both entrepreneurs.

And when they get together to discuss a challenge or something hard or challenging that popped up during the day, the receiving spouse will ask, do you want me to listen or do you want me to solve it, right? And that's, I think, just that simple question in your home life can be so valuable.
