They released an open model that's been called Thinky that people have been talking about, but they said they distilled from one of the, I believe Kimi, not K3, but one of the other Chinese models and said that again, what they used is like the reinforcement learning harness.

So where this gets a little bit weird is a lot of these labs that are producing these models are using other open source models as part of the reinforcement learning process.
