Dan Cortese

[laughs]

... fucking Dan Cortese handing out an award to Morgan Freeman, or not, or naming Mor- Morgan Freeman-

Yeah

... and not giving him an award.

Yeah

... didn't one have like Dan Cortese in it or something? Wow.

Wow.

Good pull.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Oh, I love Dan Cortese.

I thought he was a good dude, man.

Mm.

Softball, great, and so was Dan Cortese.

Remember Dan Cortese, the old MTV VJ?

Mm.

Oh my God.

The actor might be best known for portraying Alan Mercer, the bad break-er upper, on the Seinfeld episode The Andrea Doria.

Recently, Tom and Dan Cortese, who played Tony the Mimbo on Seinfeld, were at a Brooklyn Cyclones game for Seinfeld night.

They both threw out the first pitch.

They, uh, had bobbleheads that were made for them.

Well-

Every, every day another package comes and it's, you know, something ridiculous that I don't need.

So I got yours, I got Dan Cortese's, so you know, who played, uh-

Oh, lovely

And he's also the real-life Tony Himbo from Seinfeld.

Oh, is that right? Well, no, it was played by Dan Cortese, but he just looked exactly like him and acted the same, too, with my hair.

Hey, I'm the cool guy quarterback.

That's what happened.

Kurt Loder, Tabitha Soren, MTV News.

Da- Dan Cortese.

Dan Cortese, MTV Sports.

Ah.

He was like-

... yeah, no. [laughs] He was just a little too early

[laughs] He just was a little early.

Dan Cortese nowadays would kill it.
