What would you advise those managers in terms of getting the most amount of peop- out of their, their employees by moving away from some of the traditional leadership m- maybe mechanisms, and focusing more on adapting their techniques around status and value?

Well, I think, um, o- one of the really important principles is, is a neuroscientist, I think his name is Daniel Cable, he talks about this idea called the me in we-

It's a good occasion to talk about it because the Lions are going to Carolina this week, and Carolina obviously took Monroe Freeling.

The Lions had their choice in the draft of Freeling or Blake Miller, and Dan Cable told us today when Justin asked him, like we held both those guys and for the high regard, the separator for us was all of Miller's experience at Clemson, particularly at right tackle.

And, you know, they knew they could draft him and plug them in right away and most likely get very stable play and they could switch Panay to the left.

And, and, through two games anyway, of Blake Miller's career, that's exactly how it's panned out.
