Publicly, we go on social media fans will have a go at the manager fan rightly or wrongly fans will have a go at the manager fans will say the manager should be this or the manager should be that or they're unhappy or happy with the manager whatever it is but i think that if a fan base can recognize that a manager is not getting the support behind the scenes and that behind the scenes needs to be sorted out first before anything on the pitch i actually think that with the way that things are these days now and the access of information whereby we can see what's going on behind the scenes and understand who these individuals are they get called out And so we're not just sat here saying, oh, the manager's to blame for everything.

But actually, the conversation goes deeper than that.
