And one thing I would, just as a businessman, I go, "Why would they do a 30-year anniversary and not a 25, and they never did a 10?" Pause.

Or maybe it's 'cause I owned it five years ago.

Or, you know, when someone performs in Yankee Stadium, like the Rolling Stones, do they, does Mick Jagger wear Yankee gear all day? You know? Does, does, does he wear everything Yankee? The whole thing was just everything seemed like it was about merch.

You know, it's like a, a certain group of people that all work together seem to all have the same narrative, and it seems obvious.

I'm currently working on a deal to acquire the whole building.

So again, it has nothing to do with Jim, he just happens to be a tenant.

I guess he worked out a deal with the landlord for some equity, to give the landlord equity, and the landlord would give him, um, 17,000 square feet and then when he got in there he decided to pay, instead he wanted to pay rent.

And I guess he didn't pay it.

Only reason why I know this is 'cause now I'm, you know, actively speaking to the landlord about acquisition.

And I was meeting with him about buying the building, and he was telling me, I'm like, "Well, who's the tenant?" So he's like, "Jim." I'm like, "Damn." And then he was like, "I got him evicted," he showed me the paperwork and I, I was like, "That's fucked up." But I still have to do my business.

I, I guess Jim called and said he was coming to see you?

Well, I'm here at the CEO Country Club in LA, and you know, what I wanted people to logically recognize is the last time you interviewed me, I was in the CEO Country Club in Florida, where there was the family center and the bowling alley and all that, and we were working out that out there.

And, um, a year b- uh, before that you had interviewed me on my family's ranch.

So every time you interview me, I'm in a different building that I've occupied, and I've more pivoted more toward the real estate part of this.

Because what I've noticed is everyone that's had wild success is still working just as hard as they were working when they didn't have wild success, and that means they're broke.

When you're older, you don't wanna work as hard.

It's just a natural thing.

So I take it that, you know, that video that went viral of Cam asking Kevin Hart about you, you ain't like that, you wasn't feeling that?
