so i actually had another chapter um before i i went to theater school i did a year at ryerson in radio and television and um I was bored out of my mind.

It was radio.

And it was all about commercial radio, right? So if we were doing docs, it would have been really interesting.

And I made some great friends and relationships in that year.

A lot of folks who I have stayed in touch with that have gone on in the industry.

But because I came from a Guyanese family and I had really good marks in school, my parents were like, boy, you're going to study math, you know? And that's what I did.

And so as one who kind of holds the line and, you know, you bring these big stories, you know, to life, What is the personal cost of kind of shepherding projects that carry so much historical and emotional weight for an entire community?
