Damon Bankston

I mean, Pierre Strong, who I think we all probably thought at this point last week would be – a potential practice squad elevation.

He didn't practice all week because of a hamstring injury, and the other practice squad guy is Damon Bankston, who just showed up.

So, yeah, it's Caleb Johnson's going to play, and I assume he's going to get some chances.

they're the worst team to have first if you're if your lines banged up they just are like it not happy about this one at all the Packers also don't have Josh Jacobs who maybe could help compensate a little bit for this if he was healthy and not a criminal but but they had they signed Caleb Johnson this week and they brought in Damon Bankston who they had in for pre-draft visits everybody in the APC Slack very excited whenever anybody from a pre-draft visit joins the team they like him a lot but he's teeny tiny Caleb Johnson is big so he'll probably run into the middle of the line a whole bunch of times for no yards and Bankston will probably run outside he probably won't play he's on the practice squad but It's going to be rough.

It's going to have to be a big Jordan love game.

A lot of getting the ball out quick.

I don't know, dude.

I wish one of the running backs on the practice squad was bigger because I would just take random big guy on the team if I could.

But Damon Bankston is under 200 pounds and Pierre Strong Jr. is not big either.

And so, you know, you're going to have problems getting volume with those two guys, even if they are good and make the team at some point.

Makes a lot of sense.

The other piece of news, the Green Bay Packers signed running back Damon Bankston to the practice squad.

This completes their practice squad, puts it up to 17 guys now, 16 plus the international player pathway kicker, Lenny Krieg.

I... usually don't talk a lot about practice squad players they've signed.

Yeah.

Uh, the Packers did sign Damon Bankston, uh, he was with the Giants this preseason, to their practice squa- squad because Pierre Strong apparently has been injured.

Again, we don't have the injury report yet, but, uh, you have to think Pierre Strong was a good candidate to be called up on Sunday.

Had a really good preseason.

Last thing I wanna hit, and we'll move on to the next, uh, segment here, Jacob.

Rod Moske tweeted out two practice squad additions for the Packers, running back Damon Bankston, which we talked about him trying out.

And they signed Bankston to their practice squad.

They did have him for a pre-draft visit.
