Yeah, I think the first thing is they shouldn't stereotype me as the finance guy.

I've been in finance a long time, and I know that finance people have a reputation.

But in my role as the finance guy, it was always my job to help find the balance between our farmers, our employees, and our shareholders.

And in that equation, you're always trying to find the optimal balance, which means you've got to say no sometimes to one of those groups, which for them, he's always saying no.
