Dalton State College

I graduated from Christian Heritage in 2011, so it was a lot different 15 years ago.

than it is now, and then also went to Dalton State.

So my path took me away from Dalton for a little while, and then I came back and ended up attending Dalton State, which was not originally part of the plan, but something I'm extremely, extremely proud of and very passionate about as well.

But yeah, I mean, I've just been here my whole life.

At the time, Christian Heritage was very small and it was still growing.

My mom does real estate now, but was in interior design before that.

So it just was never really something that I thought about.

So when we moved back home, several different, you know, things happening but I ended up at Dalton State and again I'm really proud of my experience there but my intention with going to Dalton State was I was going to be I was a psych major and I was going to be a counselor so I had plans of continuing education I was going to go into the psychology field and do some sort of counseling and that was my plan all the way up until like my Last semester senior year I kind of got like cold feet and I was like I don't I just don't know if this is for me and we work with a lot of college kids now through JA and this is one of the things I share the most like don't be afraid to go out and just try something new.
