Dallas Water Utilities

But what you can do, David, is, and you're right, it does flood.

The great thing is that, so that area is overseen by the Army Corps of Engineers with kind of day-to-day operational oversight by Dallas Water Utilities.

They're a great group.

We work very closely with them.

Yes, there's water in there, but keep in mind, that's a managed flood so that it doesn't create what we would think of as a flooding situation.

And so just like they do now, David, that is managed maybe, what, three times last year, if I can count right.

And so just like they do today, when we connect with the park, we will work with the Corps, we will work with Dallas Water Utilities and manage that just like it is today.

The trails that are down there, the biking, the hiking, the running trails, all the groups that exercise down there today, that's still available.
