Now moving to Dallas County, Travis and Katie Espenhover paid Laura Ginzinger $1.1 million for property on Northwest 171st Court in Clive.

KLBB Real Estate, uh, II LLC, located in West Des Moines, paid Trans Investment Incorporated $2.1 million for property on Green Street in Adel.

The property includes a condominium building constructed in 1980, and that transaction was recorded on September 28th.

And finally, in Dallas County, Ritu and Amit Mankustala paid SJ Home Builders LLC $1.3 million for property on South Lotus Place in West Des Moines.

The property includes a one-story, 2,381 square foot ranch-style house, whose construction was recently completed.

And he got big turnout.

He got more than 500 people in Dallas County.

He had more than 800 people in Scott County.

And as you just mentioned, 1,800 in Polk County.

The parcels are undeveloped and include nearly 50 acres, and that transaction was recorded on September 16th.

And moving now to Dallas County, our first transaction there was Jason and Elise Tharp paid JRL Builders $1.4 million for property on 174th Street in Waukee.

The property includes a two-story, 3,447-square-foot house, whose construction was recently completed, and that transaction was recorded on September 14th.

And finally, Pioneer Assets LLC, located in Urbandale, paid Quality Custom Homes LLC $1.3 million for five townhome properties located located on Springbrook Rail in Urbandale, and that transaction was recorded on September 16th.
