Um, why is this the right moment for you guys to make this move rather than two years ago or maybe two year, two years in the future?

Um, so we, we, we are now at the end of a very important chapter for us, which has been the merger of Payplug and Dalenys.

Uh, and so we decided to merge those two fintechs, uh, in twenty twenty-two, so it's been about four years.

And, uh, we've been executing on this merger, uh, along the past year.

We were still converging the two technical platforms and the teams and the processes and, and so on.

And now we are at, we are at the point in time when we have this, uh, platform and this team which is mature, uh, up and running.

Uh, we, we managed to get, uh, the user experience of Payplug, the back-end performance of Dalenys.

So we, we built really this state-of-the-art platform, uh, from the two historical ones.
