I mean, I guess this all depends on whether Ben's correct in saying portraying this as a slip-up, something they didn't really need to say.

I guess the alternative reading would be that Andy Burnham's been reading his daily record and he agrees with our editorial last week that clearly, whether you agree with independence or not, it's just not democratic, that there isn't some kind of agreement on whatever the trigger point is going to be for another referendum.

Labour or the UK government are the only people who have it in their gift to to say what that trigger is.

Up to now, their position has just been that, well, It's either, well, not now, not ever.

I want to end though, Nicola, with talking about the one thing that we expect the SNP to cover a lot in programmes for government, and that is the case for independence, or indeed the case for more powers for the Scottish Parliament.

Do you see much of the SNP strategy for a second independence referendum coming through in this programme for government? And we also had a really interesting editorial from the Daily Record last week, hinting towards support for a further process around how you might secure a second independence referendum, or indeed more powers for the Parliament.

How's that all shaken out?

She told the Daily Record, and I quote, "This is an issue that's not of Glasgow's making and which is significantly beyond our control, but which poses an immediate and untenable threat to financial sustainability, public services, and community cohesion in our city." Not to be outdone, the incoming SNP council leader, Ricky Bell, this morning on BBC Scotland said this is a problem which needs urgent attention from the Scottish Government.

Meanwhile, today, the Daily Record proclaims Glasgow's bust alluding to £110 million black hole.

Why is that relevant? Because tackling the homelessness epi- epidemic will cost Glasgow 75 million next year.

That's more than two-thirds of that deficit.
