Can you give us a bit of background kind of up till

that point? Yeah, absolutely.

So look, from 2013 or thereabouts, the company had been successfully exploring in Greenland under an exploration license.

Exploration licenses typically in Greenland are renewed every three years.

It's an administrative process, relatively straightforward.

And what the Mineral Act of Greenland states is that if the owner of an exploration license eventually determines that there is a resource, obviously that is done through a resource statement, measuring a resource statement, and that resource is economically recoverable, and as long as a series of other steps that include environmental impact assessment and public consultations, as long as these steps have been complied with, then the explorer is entitled to an exploitation license so basically a mining license and we essentially complied with all these requirements in late 2020 which is when we as a company applied for that exploitation license at the same time there was a change of government a new coalition came into power and basically passed the law which is the uranium act which stipulates that if there is uranium in the project at a concentration that is in excess of 100 parts per million, so that's 0.01%, so that you get an idea, it's a very, very low threshold, then the project cannot go ahead.

And what we do know for a fact is that this law was passed with a unique objective to stop our project.

So uranium, smuranium, is that the issue? The justification?
