Nasipi Moya, says she takes political responsibility for what she describes as negligence by municipal officials after the Broncor Sprite water treatment plant ran out of chlorine because there were tender issues with the supplier of chlorine.

So she takes political responsibility.

My question then is, what does it mean to take political responsibility? And I must say, the mayor of Tswane has really been hands-on.

I don't know when exactly he knew, but as soon as he knew, it seems like he was hands-on.

But now he says he takes political responsibility.

So Panyaza Lesufi and Dada Morero are fighting over the power in ANC regional in Johannesburg, and then Lesufi winning and outright defying the ANC's National Executive leadership.

If you are a hardcore ANC voter, you must question that.

You must go, "But, like, if they are fighting amongst themselves, I can't even rely on the National Executive's will being done by the regional group in Johannesburg.

And I believe Helen said something really very nasty.

Same language as Dada Morero.

You remember what Dada Morero said to one of the residents? And in Venick, Helen Ziller used that.

And we then engaged Moja Love to say, please, this broadcast, and this to really come out in raw form.

We hope you're not going to manipulate.

They all heard what language she used.

Totally unacceptable as a politician to act in that manner.

So I think she must be like Dada Morero because she used the same language, using Venek, insulting MK person.

And some people may, might argue that the younger voters may not remember who Frank Chikane is, but he was the most heavyweight person that they could get to run the campaign.

And the ANC's chances actually were elevated, would've been elevated by having him there because, you know, the, the current mayor, Dada Morero, he's not, he's...

As if you, if, if you say the revered Frank Chikane, then you must say the reviled [laughs] Dada Morero.

He is not liked at all.

And then obviously there'll be the, the little sprinkling of parties that are also as opportunistic.

I mean, like, you'll have the, the Gatens, and, and he's already pushing for a kind of Black coalition, 'cause he wants a, he wants Kenny Mvenene to be [laughs] to have a seat at the table for obvious reasons.

Kenny always says he's going to be the mayor of Joburg.
