Yeah, so as the Allies, the Americans and their allies, were advancing to liberate both the concentration camps and the whole continent of Europe away from the Nazis and their partners, Hitler's people, him, he, and his people came up with something called the Final Solution.

But Dr. Suito was a captain, and the guy [laughs] these guys have never seen a Japanese person, an Asian person, because they live in a little town in Eastern Europe, so they don't understand what they're witnessing.

But in 1941, Heinrich Himmler, um, was ordered to create a research station, a laboratory, that was based out of the concentration camp at Dachau under the command of the Nazi SS.

And that was, uh, to focus on studying diseases with the goal of protecting the Germans.

But some new reports from the University of Tubingen, uh, an ecologist by the name of Klaus Reinhardt, indicate that they were actually working on offensive biological warfare programs as well.

And interestingly, the judge didn't initially question him what he meant by that.

Eichmann's lawyer... abiding the same convention as Nuremberg and the Dachau trials.

Eichmann was allowed to select counsel of his choice, and the Israeli government paid him for his time and flew him out there.
