So should people create credibility because they should create credibility or should they create credibility because they want to have that opportunity? Should credibility be a way of life or should it be only the path towards opportunity? And that's why I should be credible.

Well, first thing to understand is that In order to achieve the credibility, there's a formula that has to be followed.

And it works like this.

Character plus integrity equals credibility.

Character plus integrity equals credibility.

So if you follow that logic, then first thing you have to do is figure out who the heck you are when nobody's looking or anything else, just you, who are you? And then the next thing that happens is that once you figure out who you are, then do you always stay that way? If there's a crisis, do you stay that way? If there's something that comes about and you won't feel that good that day, you just, there's a decision.

You may be a very good person, character, integrity, you know in terms of everything but when you work in a company at a low position perhaps you can still manage things but when you are in top positions individually you might be very good but if you have to keep a job then the company will ask you to be present in a different way many a times ask you to you know so-called compromise with your integrity with your way the right way of thinking but perhaps the business way is different they want to look at the you know profit side of things they want to you to you know overlook some of the legal side of things maybe you know the impact of what your company is doing which you are leading on the people on climate on any other part of the world or the future how do you reconcile with both the things you need to earn your bread and butter you also need to keep your place in the present business environment, but the end of the say you do not at day you do not feel happy about all these things how long do you want it how which will take over finally credibility you know integrity or the money that you show also need.
