Yeah, I do feel like we have collectively elevated the art of drag.

And, you know, my feeling is that drag is almost like a lens you can put over any medium.

And what it does is it blows up, blows things up.

And you see things with a different perspective and in a different way.

So you can put it over dance and music and theater and all of those things.

I think some people think of us as a drag bar, but really we are a performance space I mean, we're still, there's a fabulous drag bar moments, but we also are doing theater and cabaret and art shows and spoken word and all of these other things.

But it's such a good festival.

energy and there's a lot of people that have never been in the club or maybe are too young to come to the club you know so they can come participate and see what we're doing and when they started developing the idea for this stage four years ago you know we were we were there with them at the beginning and it's been a privilege to work with another planet in more ways than just just outside lands but they've really sort of seen us and let us you know sort of help design what that stage is tito's done a lot of work with them too yeah
