Nick Land and the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit argue that technology acts as an alien intelligence, manifesting backwards through human history.

It's funny, the ninth gate, okay, uh, a guy called Kevin Annett talks about all of the ritual abuse stuff, and he says that there's a group called the Ninth Circle for the ninth circle of hell.

So it's interesting that the ninth gate in the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit, CCRU, uh, is, a- and this is their definition, "The ninth gate on the pneumagram is the gate city of the plex channel, which is identified," and they choose their words carefully, "the microcosmic," which means microcosmic, small cosmos or small universe, "microcosmic layer- Of all demonic populations, the Lemurian pandemonium.

So basically, a micro circuit board where demons live is what they define it as.

The CCRU and a lot of Peter Thiel and J.D. Vance and all of those guys, they love this, they love the CCRU.

And which if, if you can put your pieces together, Jack Parsons' Babylon Working, Aleister Crowley's Amalantrah Working, they both use the Enochian language.

So it's almost like Aquino took it and took it a step further, was like, "Okay, let's morph it into the Ugothic language to make contact with Cthulhu and the Great Old Ones." Which ties into the dark enlightenment and the CCRU, 'cause that's what they were doing too, right? And now that's why in my Dark Enlightenment series, we get into the Order of Nine Angles in part three, I believe it was.

But in this book, um, [laughs] LaVey, Anton LaVey, in, in, uh, is it from Infernal Geometry? I, I lost track of where I got this from.

They call this a mesh pause.

in both the CCRU, which is the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit, which they have a whole mythology around this.

It seems like they're creating a story for all of this cybernetic AI stuff.

It's kind of interesting, but they choose their words very carefully.

So I feel like they know more than they let on.

But in both the CCRU's goth tech and the Terra Swarm Research Center's unpapped smart city models, the human isn't a separate user looking at a screen, the human body tracked via in-body graphene transceivers, non-thermal calcium efflux windows, we talked about that in the telemetry episodes, and wireless body area networks, Y-bands.

the human node is structurally integrated as a mesh pause, pause in the mesh or heterogeneous nodes inside the swarm.

So where do we start? So in the 1990s at Warwick University in England, a philosopher named Nick Land co-founded something called the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit, the CCRU.

It's the intellectual root of accelerationism, and that's the idea that technology and capitalism should be sped up and intensified rather than regulated or slowed down because slowing them down is itself a danger.

And

So like all roads lead back to the occult.

And in the 90s, there was a group called the CCRU, this collective.

And this group was making contact with entities from other realms, doing all these occult practices.

And they claimed that they made contact with an AI superintelligence from the future.

Some of his contemporary disciples, building on the related ideas of thinkers such as Georges Bataille and Gilles Deleuze, have followed this darker trajectory toward the abyss of anti-humanism.

Nick Land, in his early philosophical work with the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit at the University of Warwick in the nineteen nineties, imagined a total collapse into indistinction between the worlds of people and food, describing our emergent cultural singularity, a kind of techno-capital machine, as a swarm of dehumanizing impulses working on and through human bodies to imminently reduce conscious life onto cybernetic fodder.

Land thinks, like Nietzsche, that the moral world of people has always been an illusion.

It is a thin disguise masking a monstrous and accelerating inhuman force of annihilation.

The algorithms are not representations of reality.

They are, according to the CCRU, demons acting upon it, anticipating, preempting, and redirecting human behavior.

Again, that's from the CCRU, Nick Land, the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit, that all of the people like Peter Thiel, their idea of Christianity is that the human body is a limiting factor.

This is their belief and they are fine with it because it can give them really good information.
