The quality was really good, that's what surprised me at first, especially at college level, if you were playing in a top ten college team.

then you know that the standard was really really strong super fit incredible athletes so you had to really be at the top of your game I think to be there how fast they were took me back I was always one of the quickest players in Scotland and then went to very average over there so I had to kind of adapt and change my game about that But when I came back from America, my first game back was Talbot Derby against Cumnock.

And instead of getting a hand up after somebody fouls you, it was very different, shall we say.

People spitting on you, walking onto the park and that.

So, very different culture.
