Cultus Lake

And it got her through the whole experience, if I remember, because it was a near-drowning, I think.

Yeah, Marlene's drowning, yeah, at Cultus Lake here in British Columbia.

Yeah, and that was wild.

Like, just the rainbow... underwater and the sounds.

Those are kind of like the, that circumference that we're, we're dealing with.

And so what I'll actually do is I'll set up like, hey, I'm at Cultus Lake this afternoon and I'll line up like three clients back to back there, right? And so they can have that option in that area of various things.

And anything inside

then or is it all outside?

RV, a trailer.

So we would go on like some big camping trips and stuff down the coast and every summer up to Cultus Lake and into Washington.

And so, yeah, I've been to some cool places as well.

And I think that's kind of where my journey into maybe some hiking started because I love outside and love all that stuff as well.

[laughs]

So I'd drive around and go, "Look, this looks like a good place for a helicopter to get in." So I'd picked a little town called Cultus Lake, and it's a little town on the edge of a lake, and I picked an old quarry that we could, we could do the first pickup from, and that's where we're gonna pick the drugs up from.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get down to the US where they wanted me to drop them off, so they were just gonna send me coordinates on where they wanted me, this to, this to go.

Right, okay.

However, we do know that Srery lived in BC for nearly 20 years.

He moved to BC in 1980, and police were able to track him to Vancouver, Davis Bay, Half Moon Bay, Gibsons, Abbotsford, Cultus Lake, and Chilliwack.

He was arrested in 1996 for sexual assault and forcible confinement.

At that time, he was going by the alias Rex Edward Long.
