Is God Too Mysterious to Truly Know?
K
33:59Kyle WorleyHOST
He doesn't just leave it with a...

Um, this is where I think maybe one of the reasons why this is gonna have a different emphasis this time is because diversity and cultural diversity has become such a unquestionable value that as these God's too mysterious to truly know circles back again, it's going to be amplified by a real reticence that anyone has to say that maybe your cultural diversity is not just not beautiful, it's dead wrong.
K
34:28Kyle WorleyHOST
And you gotta be willing to say, "Y- yeah, I'm not saying it's not a part of your cultural heritage, it's just possible that part of your cultural heritage is wrong."
J
34:38Jen WilkinHOST
Can you give an example?
J
38:40JT EnglishHOST
Um, w- w- w- we're living in a moment, like if we're looking at maybe two ditches where we have some really high stated values, number one, on individual self-expression.
J

Mm-hmm, yes.
J

That would, however I wanna express myself is fine, and the other ditch might be cultural diversity.

I think one of the most important strengths of Singapore is to have this cultural diversity.
M

So I think Singapore should embrace not only those English Western rock performances, but we should also be looking at all the different regional performers, or, you know, like, you know, our performance in different languages, you know, let's say Mandarin, Tamil, Malay, Korean, to cater to that population, not only in Singapore, but also in the region, you know, so that we can not only draw one particular genre of particular segmentation of market, but also like diverse population across these events.

And I think that would also encourage some kind of repeat visitors because when the people are here for concert, I'm sure if they'll have the good experience they are going to come back to for other concerts or other similar events in future.

So I think we should all, we can totally take care of, we can totally leverage on our cultural diversity and promoting more events that I would, and I'm sure I would tell you that there are events happening from different languages, people are participating, but of course they can be, we can do more here, yeah.
