Cubano Chant

[jazz music][jazz music] A fairly rapturous reception there for the Oscar Peterson Trio.

That was, um, "Cubano Chant," uh, from that Zurich concert, written by, in fact, his fellow pianist Ray Bryant.

Well, let's move forward a bit to the year 1968, when Peterson made a series of recordings with the producer Hans-Georg Brunischwer with his, uh, then regular trio, which was Ray Brown on the bass and Ed Thigpen on the drums.

This is "Tin Tin Deo," composed by, uh, Chano Pozo.
