CTM Festival

I think it depends on the environment.

So for example, when I presented the commission pieces at CTM Festival Berlin and at Radialsystem, those come with the program notes so the people can read those.

Mm.

And generally it has been a process for me to raise my own comfort level with writing things about what I do because quite frankly, I would actually love to not have anything at all.

And please mention the websites in which you had your performances where you had, had...

I know it's, uh, I, I can't remember the exact name, but you were s- uh, talking on the video about what the pieces were and what you expected, you wanted the people to feel or feel free to escape in your, uh, in your work.

So I was commissioned by CTM Festival in Berlin to present a piece, speaking of the number three, called The Totality of Blackness Trilogy.

Um, part one is called Surrender to the Totality of Blackness, and it was, um, motivated by the Black Lives Matter movement in the United States.
