Yeah, I have a strong opinion about this because I have raised a daughter with autism who at one and a half years old, we kind of thought, "Oh, something just isn't, isn't right.

She's not doing the typical milestones." Told the pediatrician.

By two, they were like, "Yeah, we need to send her." And by two and a half, she had the diagnosis of autism, and I was told all about it.

I was given resources.

All the acronyms, IEPs, ISPs, BP.

You know, I mean, the whole caboodle.

How do we bridge that gap?

I was gonna, uh, respond a little bit to everything as fast as I can here.

So when they were talking about jail and not guilty by reason of insanity, again, Arizona has a bit of a problem, especially in Maricopa County.

We're kind of the Wild West out here.

So our Rule 11, because they did not want to pay for hospitalization to restore people to competency, they do it really poorly in the jails.

And especially if you have a violent crime, you will be, even if it takes years and years and years, restored to competency, even on some of the better medications, only to be taken off those medications when your court is done and you're, you're competent and you, um, have stood trial.

What does Arizona look at it from their standpoint?
