I've talked about it in the podcast a couple of times, but Yeah, I'd love for you to share what was that experience like for you so that people can get an understanding of what you mean by that.
7:12
Yeah, and I know it's a kind of loaded word, but kundalini, my favorite kind of understanding of it is kunda meaning coil.
7:22
And lini, one way to relate to that, the root meaning is line.
7:28
And so you can think of it as coil's potential energy.
7:32
So it's this potential energy that is latent within all of us, um it is it's latent for a reason which after it awakens you kind of understand why you don't just it just doesn't activate when you're you're not quite ready for it even though in some people you have a spontaneous um activation of it but you're likely ready for it on some level you might not be conscious of but it's Really, the way I think of it now, having experienced it, is that it's a protective mechanism more so than anything.
8:07
So like a dam or a damper at the very base of your central channel, which is your spinal channel.
8:14
And the spinal channel is your core energetic system.

13 MINS LATER

21:47
What was that experience like for you when you started channeling other beings? Because I know for a lot of people, it's like, what's happening here?
6:07
It's not too
6:08
far out there.
6:09
Okay, great.
6:10
So I started perceiving past lifetimes and the turmoil that was going on, which I think are simultaneous lifetimes.
6:20
And there was one particular lifetime that was tied to what I was going to be going through.
6:25
And it was a dark night of the soul.
6:28
This other lifetime had both war and pandemic at the same time.

14 MINS LATER

20:03
But in the meantime, until that happens for us, How can we start embracing a more multi-dimensional sense of self?
12:10
... detail on a past life that you connected to in meditation?
12:16
Yeah.
12:17
I have had probably three core past life remembrances.
12:26
Um, one was actually in a past life regression in a hypnotherapy session, and that was a rather difficult lifetime to remember.
12:38
I was, um, back in tribal times and had been ostracized from the tribe, and the reason being is I had gotten pregnant by somebody in the tribe and had been, had been, um, abused.
12:56
And so it was just a really sad lifetime.
13:00
Um, but the, that woman, she was very spiritually attuned, so people thought she was weird, you know, playing with snakes and animals and had this very witchy vibe to her, and that made people uncomfortable at that time.

34 MINS LATER

47:33
Could you tell us about the Joshua Tree experience?
5:29
I would love to hear about, like, the path that you've taken and how things have evolved for you spiritually.
5:39
Yeah.
5:40
Long story, kind of short.
5:42
Um, so I, I was lucky enough to be exposed to meditation when I was around 12 years old.
5:48
I did martial arts.
5:50
That was, like, my life for about a decade, and traveled the world, and the martial arts community is very near and dear to my heart, but part of that practice was a Zen-style, uh, meditation, a warrior's meditation.
6:05
And at first, it was really about-Accessing that flow so that my performance would be powerful, and I knew that my mindset was connected to my performance, and I started to get into those flow states.

24 MINS LATER

29:52
Mm-hmm.

so much information these days about you should be taking this, you should be doing that, you should be doing the cold plunge and the sauna and all the things.
1:18
And sure, there's some truth, I'm sure, to some of it.
1:22
But what's even more powerful is starting to live through your intuition, through your body's intelligence, and through your access to that interface with the body, the It requires devotion.
1:43
I really like the word devotion in this context because if you don't carve it out for yourself to be able to hear like you're pointing to, it takes that intention and you have to get really connected with your why.
1:59
And for me, the space that I carve out in my day, which is the most important thing I do in my day, is my morning practice and my evening practice.
2:09
is an hour in meditation so that i can work through my body my subtle body tune into what beliefs are shaping my behavior what's running the show what patterns are coming up to be released or to be understood and that takes stillness that takes devotion that takes daily practice I don't really think that there's a way to hack that process, unfortunately, but there are ways.
