I didn't even realize, like, them sending her Crumbl, like they're always sending her food and gift cards, like yeah, like little thoughtful things like that, and they just go so unnoticed.

So I always ask myself that first, and then I immediately look at serving size because nutrition labels can be so tricky.

Um, I always laugh at Crumbl Cookie 'cause it's, like, 180 calories, and then you look at the serving size, and it's like, yeah, there's, like, four servings within that 180 calories.

And, um, so just looking at the serving size so then you know that the rest of the information that you see on the nutrition label is based upon X amount of that product.

And then I look at the protein.

Great finds upon the interwebs, my friend.

Is there anyone who doesn't like a good collab? If they exist, I would like to know who they are so that we can invite them on this show and figure out why they don't like them.

Um, I had a, a mental block, if you will, about this because it's like, okay, they gave me a referral, but they're not ready to do anything for another two years.
