We've got his fingerprints all over the entirety of this federal probe.

Initially, it was just an office meeting, a White House meeting in the Obama administration, becoming crossfire hurricane, investigating Trump and his campaign.

John Brennan, of course, had testified before Congress in 2017.

Brennan even briefed President Barack Obama and those senior administration officials on the plan created by Clinton, and the Obama team did not stop it.

Now, ultimately, John Durham concluded in his final report that the FBI had no verified intelligence or evidence when they opened the crossfire hurricane probe of President Trump and his campaign in the summer of 2016.

He also found that the FBI and the Justice Department failed to follow their own rigid standards and allowed that probe to persist with a questionable basis under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

So it was an illicit investigation.

But I said Brennan's fingerprints are on the beginning of the entire federal probe that became crossfire hurricane.

Brennan previously testified to Congress in 2017 that the U.S. intelligence community had gathered evidence of contacts between the Trump campaign and the Russian government by 2016 to initiate an investigation.

That, of course, is a lie.

Not only did Obama's team fail to stop it, it directed the FBI to push the investigation into the same allegations raised by Clinton's campaign.

Durham ultimately concluded in his final report that the FBI had no verified intelligence or evidence when it opened the crossfire hurricane probe of President Donald Trump's campaign in the summer of 2016.

In other words, they opened an investigation with no probable cause.

And he hires a guy named Kash Patel.

And they decide that the key thing to look at here, in the whole Russia investigation, whether Russia attacked and subverted an American election, whether a candidate helped them, had any connection with this, they decide the real important thing here is one surveillance warrant that was issued to by Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI investigation that became the Mueller investigation, of a man named Carter Page, who was a kind of nobody fellow in foreign policy circles, who had connections in Russia, business connections, who for a while was a Trump campaign foreign policy advisor.

When Trump couldn't line up anyone to be a Trump campaign foreign policy advisor, he got a lot of low grade C, grade D, not ready for primetime players to sign up on his advisory committee.

President Trump issued an executive order and each of his administration mandating declassification across hurricane records.

Please describe the steps you've taken to ensure full declassification and whether other agencies like the CIA have created roadblocks for this declassification.

Grassley said the exchanges reflected political bias within the bureau and showed the deep state working against Trump.

Over the past decade, the Senate Judiciary Committee, at the direction of Grassley, has released several rounds of documents from FBI operations, such as Operation Arctic Frost and Round River, alleging that the Justice Department was being weaponized against Trump and Republicans.

"The overall sustained efforts by the deep state in the dark corners of the bureaucracy is worse than anything Trump has been accused of.

Ask a bureaucrat what he did this week, and the FBI looks for a crime.

For example, I received a December 2019 email to FBI agent Joe Pientka, uh, who was heavily involved in Crossfire Hurricane.

That email contains information that appears to corroborate existing public evidence that President Trump was the target of a political hit and the government knew it many years that it was going on.

The, the email ought to be declassified for the public to draw their own conclusions.
