We have the East Cascades Bird Alliance.

The Nature Conservancy comes in.

We have Crook County Soil and Water Conservation District, the Crooked River Weed Management Area, the Crooked River Watershed Council, many local landowners, whether they're producers or they just own land.

And There are some others that I'm forgetting, but essentially it's federal, state, local agencies.

Both our state and local governments have to have balanced budgets.

And so what that means is when they say reduced revenues, they either have to make cuts to services, which as you talked about, we've experienced Crook County, Natrona County, Fremont, Carbon Counties have had to cut back on library hours or locations.

Hot Springs County had emergency management cuts.

Laramie County had seen reductions through both property tax at the residential and minerals levels that has hurt ability to continue operations or lowered and they've made cuts down to the bone at fire districts.

It

doubles what Crook is making from property taxes.

That's huge.

Now

And Wyoming has significant rare earth deposits.

including in Crook County, outside of Sundance, the Bear Lodge deposit, which is owned by RER, as we like to call it.

Yeah, excellent.

So let's dive into that a little bit more.

You don't get to choose where deposits are.

They are where they are.

And they happen to be in Crook County, Wyoming for ours.

And now that you kind of know what rare earths are used for, again, they're used for the magnets.
