Croatoan

Dripping with disease and decay, played with filthily eccentric malice by Matt Gruber, Pestilence appeared as a sickly doctor named Dr. Robert Brooks, traveling across the country spreading swine flu and engineered super viruses through medical facilities and vaccine distribution centers.

Testilence's goal was to orchestrate a global pandemic, tricking the population into taking a nationwide vaccine that was secretly laced with the demonic Croatoan virus, which would turn millions of humans into rabid, murderous beasts overnight.

It took the combined efforts of Sam, Dean, Castiel, and Bobby Singer, who tracked the distribution networks and distributed the warehouse operations.

to corner Pestilence, cut off his ring, and halt the global outbreak just in time.
