Paddington, Wallara, North Bondi, Surrey Hills, Darlinghurst, Cremorne, Neutral Bay.

I think these are all Kirribilli.

These are all areas that have incredible reasons for growth.

So we have two spas in regional New South Wales.

In Leighton is the original one and West Wyalong, then in Cremorne in Sydney and Mooloolaba.

And we're about to start our fifth location, which is really exciting.

So that will be another location in Queensland, which we haven't announced yet.

But we just moved to a new place.

So we did Neutral Bay, Mossman, Cremorne, and then we drove across the bridge into the inner city.

And we lived in Paddington and...

Eventually we met Cliff, who lived in the squats of Glebe.

So the traffic behind it's just at a standstill and it's pretty bad on some of the other approaches.

The worst of it is Military Road through Neutral Bay, Cremorne and Mossman.

That's now back onto Spit Road before Spit Junction.

A lot of, uh, a lot of infrastructure going up around the, uh, the Harbor City today.

Michael Paynter is singing up a storm.

He's at the Haden Orpheum Picture Palace in Cremorne tomorrow night at 8:00 PM.

Now that's gonna be a great night.

He does the Great Australian Songbook and that is selling like hotcakes as well.

Some of the other approaches are pretty bad as well.

Spit Road Mossman from just after the S-Bends onto Military Road, which is just a car park through Cremorne and Neutral Bay.

Pacific Highway from before Royal North Shore is very slow through St Leonard's and Crows Nest, Falcon, Miller, Ernest Streets, Willoughby Road.

They're all just gridlocked.
