I think I would have heard about this, you know, given that I look into these things, but here it was a guy made it up as a story that and then was making like a mockumentary to try and like build up on this story but creepy canada run it as as truth and i was like so that's how i fell down the rabbit hole with wendigos which is also fascinating but i think that's um you know and that's the thing is i love looking into the kind of indigenous legends because we have a lot of them that people don't know about that were then really morphed when the settlers came and when, you know, especially Hollywood.
