So, yeah, Yeah I'm hoping that with us being at home back to back we can have some improved performances and hopefully a couple more goals but what I would say is like we cannot have another game where we have zero shots on target like at all like that as much as I can I can understand we lose to West Ham and they've got quality players they're a better side but at the end of the day they're still in the championship and they're still another side in this division and for what in the first five games we've had two games we've had zero shots on target that cannot be acceptable at any game we're not playing it's not a cut game we're playing a side that are like top of the Premier League and like yeah that has to be better from the players that are on the pitch they have to take opportunities from further out not just right in front of goal and we have to have that confidence we cannot have another game that has zero shots on target that cannot be the normal like that I know it's the style of play in that but no yeah cannot accept that

Yeah, I think the hard bit is as well, is like you mentioned there, Craig Forsyth, obviously unavailable, who was really good, I thought, in midweek.

Derry Merkin, who has had a very long injury now.

Clarke, obviously out injured.

Again, so something else that they were really good at last season that's sort of appeared again in this game.

I think one of the big changes to the back line was Craig Forsyth coming in.

He's added a lot when it comes to defending the box and aerial duels.

Won the most aerial duels in the game for Derby with seven.

So against Portsmouth, looked a little bit better, looked a little bit more secure.

Yeah, 37 years old and Craig Forsyth is still doing it.

i mean the the adage in the kind of sports communications industry is that winning matches is the only kind of good pr right what what else what else can you throw at it nothing else can have that that impact i think if we i mean just just to come back to the signings the only other one i mean when you look through them in terms of the day throwing yeah they'll be is the only one that really stands out bobby clark perhaps because how was he identified last summer you know he became someone useless trusted but that wasn't a that wasn't an ex-blackburn guy that he'd worked with before it's that he came in from another means did well and it would be stupid not to bring him back yeah hedges uh now that we know he was after for goodness knows how long smodics charlie taylor's good bit of experience will be the logic that feels like a a useless pickup to be kind of i guess that that mentor for Derry Merkin that you've already got Craig Forsyth and look what's happened now with Merkin I think it's it is it's definitely frustrating because if you look at the squad and you look per position that sort of air for each position is probably not there now.

My other gripe in terms of the trade-offs tactically on Saturday, actually, was, OK, you've got to get your right back on the pitch.
