In every one of these, The beauty of the approach is that the design is flexible and that we can modify the way we're asking questions.

I'd say that's one of the best deals [laughs] I have today, because it's, uh, it's 100% rented all the time as a hotel.

Uh, it's a Marriott Courtyard, and it, it throws off very good money, and, uh, it's probably one of our best deals today.

Although I have office buildings and, uh, shopping centers that are all good, too.

But, but to me, that deal, uh, the mortgage now is down to nothing, and, uh, it's a nice cash flowing deal.
