Country Club Hills

Hi, this is John and you're listening to Chauncey on Chauncey's Great Outdoors on ESPN AM 1000 in Chicago.

This segment is being brought to you by Water Works Marine, 18660 South Cicero Avenue in Country Club Hills, where every boat sold is a fun certified boat.

I'm the big boss bass.

And you work for me.

First of all...

The Aiden Fishing Report, my grandson Aiden brought to you by Waterworks Marine, 18660 South Cicero Avenue in Country Club Hills, 708-798-9700.

Check it out.

Tell them you want that Chauncey price.

Talk to you later.

Your fishing magician, Aiden.

And once again, that's brought to you by our friends at Waterworks Marine, 18660 South Cicero Avenue in Country Club Hills, 708-798-9700.

This is an interesting point here.

Where can we see you next, Mickey?

You can see me every Friday at VIP out in Country Club Hills.

Okay.

Every third Monday at the Family Den.

In the backfield, at the halfbacks, number twenty-two, Dennis Allen, a junior from Ashtabula, Ohio, and number thirty-two, Ed Ziegler, a senior from Woodlawn, Kentucky.

The fullback, number thirty-three, Billy Barrs from Country Club Hills, Illinois, a junior, and sophomore, a junior, junior quarterback Joe Theismann, number seven, from South River, New Jersey, will quarterback the team.

Those are the starting lineups.

Right now, we're getting all set for the kickoff.

And get ready to yell, Fish on! Hi, this is John, and you're listening to Chauncey on Chauncey's Great Outdoors on ESPN AM 1000 in Chicago.

But, no, it's a great time.

I want to say this is an Aiden fishing report, but, you know, Aiden lost his other grandpa a week and a half ago, and so they're very busy with that whole thing.

And so we still have the fishing report sponsored by our friends at Waterworks Marine, 18660 South Cicero Avenue in Country Club Hills.

Lake Erie, ready for this? Every boat on Lake Erie last weekend caught about 25 to 30 good-sized yellow perch.

Chicago's a very political city, right? And so m- my dad being from 79th, being from where, where we're from, which is considered the hood, like in that space and what he operated in, like in the aldermanic systems and the, and the block clubs, people really, really respected and revered my dad.

So we would go to Crestwood to go to the movies or Country Club Hills to go to the movies, and it'd be people stopping my dad, not to take pictures, but to ask him like, "Hey, can you tell them to fix these potholes?" And stuff like that.

And, or, or, "Can you help my nephew get a job? He just got out of jail." Stuff like that.

Like my dad was like even in, at the age that I'm at now, like 33, like I had always seen my dad kind of be a figure that people would come to.

Harvey, Country Club Hills-

...

At the left half, number 32, Ed Ziegler, a senior from Woodlawn, Kentucky.

On the fullback is number 33, Bill Bars, a junior from Country Club Hills, Illinois.

We're all set for the football action.

And right now with the play-by-play, the sports director of the Mutual Broadcasting System and the football voice of Notre Dame, Van Patrick.
