And so I want to introduce Javier Zarzo-Ruiz, who is the managing director of JL Near Shoring Mexico.

He was the country manager for Mexico at CSCMP, the main professional body of supply chain.

He's also the president of the Association of Manufacturing Excellence for the Mexico region.

And the thing that's really interesting about this is that for 25 years before CSCMP, doing all that.

He was helping to build the Latin American supply chain for Caterpillar.

He ran materials for automotive seating.

I think you might have already answered this question, but what is one key takeaway you'd like to share with not just the conference attendees, but with the supply chain community as a whole?

Few elements, and some of them I probably just, I already mentioned, but I am strongly convinced of one concept that what we call the people as a multiplier is the real competitive advantage.
