Yeah, all the way to Cottesloe, and then did exercise there, and then all the way back in the soft sand over the rocks and things like that.

So these bamboo poles were just torturing.

And on the way back, you had to, with your partner, put the bamboo, kneel down and put it on one knee.

Yeah, the geography can have an impact on that.

Certainly Cottesloe, which has a shark barrier, is very different to Sorrento Beach where the weather impacted the eco barrier a lot more.

However, even Cottesloe's shark barrier, that's not due to be installed until the end of October.

I wonder whether that might be put in early this time around as well.

I know that did a terrible toll on the grey nurse sharks, but these white pointers and tiger sharks that in my day never used to come down as far south as Perth, if they're there, get rid of them.

I remember that guy that was taken at Cottesloe and there was a helicopter there flying over the shark and a guy had a shotgun and he was waiting for the premier to give him the okay to shoot the shark.

I mean, it's a fish.

That poor girl last year, I say last year, I'm getting old, maybe four years ago.

And what I like about Super Rugby Aus is there's some young guys that have been playing really good club rugby this year that have now been elevated into that Super, into that Super Rugby Aus squad.

There's a kid called Zach Healey, who was playing down at Cottesloe.

He started last week.

He's, um, he's playing again this week.

Another kid, Tim Sale, who was his teammate in the Cottesloe, Regan Pratt was down there playing for Cottesloe.

So there's guys that have been playing club rugby that have been rewarded for their performance in club rugby and getting a chance at that high level in this Super Rugby Aus.

So it's, for me, it's a, I think it's a great idea to give Super Rugby players that aren't involved in the Wallabies something to do and some rugby to play, and then give the young guys just that, that step up, that next...

Again, similar type of scenario, right in that belt of kind of one to three odd million dollar housing range, really well sought after in terms of people either getting into the market with high deposits or people most commonly upgrade buying in those locations.

And then again, Cottesloe is really similar.

So 22 listings this time last year and 24 this year.

So a massive increase of two.

So this is a little bit about the timing.

We're talking about last month and middle to late last month, so only in the last few weeks.
